PhD Seminar: 3 June | Deadline for Submissions: 18 May
WIRE by FilmEU invites PhD candidates to present their research during the next PhD Seminar in Artistic Research, as part of the WIRE Summit planned for 3 June.
The seminar offers an engaging platform to discuss your research path, engage oneself in analytical dialogue, and acquire constructive criticism from fellow researchers and industry experts.
We are delighted to invite:
- Michael Schwab – Co-founder and initial Editor-in-Chief of JAR – Journal for Artistic Research
- Professor Rachel Garfield – Artist, researcher and writer of Experimental Filmmaking and Punk (Royal College of Art)
About the Seminar
Unlike the more staid mode of DOCTUS Schools, our PhD Seminars encourage a liberated, common-sense academic community. They are designed to facilitate the development of your research along with contributions towards the general discourse of artistic research within the European University FilmEU.
