At the core of WIRE’s mission is the empowerment of the FilmEU Alliance's Research and Innovation (R&I) dimensions. We focus on enhancing management and administrative competencies, particularly for our members in widening countries, to bolster their capacity for groundbreaking research and innovation. By doing so, we aim to elevate the overall competitiveness of the FilmEU -European University, ensuring that our members are at the forefront of excellence in the global landscape.

Capacitation - building capacity to meet present and future challenges - includes both people (research, teaching, and support staff and students on all levels of HEI), resources (equipment for the labs, digital solutions for science management and data preservation), and mobility (allowing knowledge exchange).
